Ingredients
- 1 pound raw prawns
- 400g corn
- 1 cucumber
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 chilli
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Optional: avocado
Steps
- Chop chilli and garlic. Mix with prawns and drizzle with olive oil. Add salt and pepper. Leave in fridge for 10 minutes.
- Chop up tomatoes and cucumber and drain corn. Combine in bowl.
- Fry prawns and add salt and pepper. 30 seconds each side.
- Combine prawns with rest of ingredients, give it a stir and eat.
