Prawn Salsa

  • 1 pound raw prawns
  • 400g corn
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 chilli
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Optional: avocado

Steps

  1. Chop chilli and garlic. Mix with prawns and drizzle with olive oil. Add salt and pepper. Leave in fridge for 10 minutes.
  2. Chop up tomatoes and cucumber and drain corn. Combine in bowl.
  3. Fry prawns and add salt and pepper. 30 seconds each side.
  4. Combine prawns with rest of ingredients, give it a stir and eat.
