Pierogies

Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • Mashed potatoes
  • Butter
  • Chives

Steps

  • Roll dough into thin pieces
  • Cut into shapes
  • Fill with mash potatoes
  • Squish sides together
  • Let dry for one hour
  • Cook with onions and lots of butter
