Jambalaya
Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 pound sausage
- 2 cans crushed tomatoes
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 cup celery
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons parsley
- 2 teaspoons creole seasoning
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 half teaspoon thyme
Directions
Put all ingredients in slow cooker for eight hours. Add rice and prawns, optional, in last 30 minutes.
